Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is self-storage?

A: Self-storage is an affordable, efficient way for you to store your personal possessions. There are many reasons you may need a storage unit, whether you’re moving, downsizing, or have a growing family. You can even store RVs or other vehicles at our facility. Self-storage makes it easy to store items of all shapes and sizes at one convenient, secure location.

Q: What are your office hours?

A: Our office is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Q: When can I access my unit?

A: Our facilities offer 7-day, 24-hour drive-on access to your unit.

Q: What security measures are being taken at your facility?

A: Our facilities are fully fenced and monitored by 24-hour camera surveillance. Tenants can access our facility with a code entered at the security gate keypad.

Q: Do I need insurance for my stored items?

A: You are responsible for the items stored in your unit. For your security, we highly recommend that you have insurance for your storage unit. We also offer a Tenant Protection Plan for an affordable monthly fee, which can work as a suitable alternative for insurance.

Q: How long do I need to sign up for?

A: Our leases operate on a monthly basis, but if you want to pay upfront for 6 months or 1 year, we do offer special discounts. Contact us for additional information.

Q: What do I need to get started as a tenant at your facility?

A: You can schedule an appointment to come to our facility to see units in person and complete the necessary forms. If you want to get started right away, you can click the “Rent” tab at the top of our webpage to see what units we have available and the current rates for each size unit. From there you can rent an available unit. You will still need to schedule an appointment to complete some additional paperwork and gain access to the facility. We will also need a copy of your State ID or driver’s license on file.

Q: How can I make my payments?

A: Payments can be made at our office via a dropbox, on our website, over the phone, by mail, or automatically charged to your credit card. We offer these multiple formats for flexibility. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

Q: Do I need to give you notice if I want to move out?

A: Yes, our lease agreement specifies that you give us 15 days’ notice before moving out of your unit. We ask that your notice also be in writing, so an email can be sufficient.
